B2A womens guidelines
Most of our clients want to decrease their bodyfat whilst losing weight.
Even though we individualize our dietary prescription for each clients needs, the goal always remains the same and that is to stabilise blood sugar.
Heres how we do it:
1. Eat 30 grams protein at EVERY meal. (i.e 23g protein per chicken breast, 7g per egg).
2. Do not drink your calories; no fizzy drinks, milk, fruit juice or smoothies.
3. Remove all common food allergens; porridge, cereal, muesli, bread, pasta, yoghurt & milk.
4. Drink a post workout shake; 30g whey protein in water, no carbs.
5. Eat every 3 hours, regular feeding is essential to stabilise blood sugar.
6. Drink 2.5 litres of fluid daily; tea, water, vegetable juices all count towards your fluid intake.
7. Eat your protein first, as Poliquin says “Remember, in Greek, protein means of first importance”.
