Eating fat to get thin

This may sound counter intuitive but there are many reasons why an increased dietary intake of good fats will assist you with losing fat, these are some of the top reasons:

1. Fish oils turn on the genes for fat loss
2. Fish oils turn off the genes for fat storage
3. Fish oils reduce the insulin response to a meal
4. Fish oils increase the usage of fat stores
5. Flaxseeds assist detoxification of estrogens
6. High fat foods are often nutrient rich food; fish, avocado, nuts & seeds.
