Supposed “healthy” foods & some healthier cheats..

Our diet includes: Red wine, Chocolate, Bacon, whole eggs.
Our diet doesn’t include: Cereal, bread, pasta, yoghurt, milk, Soy & soya.

Here’s why:
Red wine: 1-2 Glasses red wine has many benefits including reduced coronary heart disease risk. Alot of this is down to resveratrol. Resveratrol is a antioxidant that helps with aging, blood thinning and is also an anti-inflammatory. The best is Pinot noir.
Chocolate: 15-20g of dark chocolate is a rich source of anti-oxidants that benefit arteries, the prostate gland, and acts as a anti inflammatory. A good source is Green & Blacks organic dark 70%.
Turkey Bacon: Organic turkey bacon is rich in high quality protein and as zero carbohydrate and very little saturated fat, this makes it an ideal healthy breakfast choice.
Whole eggs: Whole eggs are an amazing source of protein, B-vitamin’s and selenium just to name a few. They reduce cardiovascular risc, improve brain and nervous system, and help prevent cataracts. Soft boiled or poached to maintain maximum nutritional value.

Cereal & bread: Wheat negatively alters blood sugar levels, is the most common food allergen and also increases cortisol.
Milk & yoghurts: Lactose blocks absorption of antioxidants, is a very common allergen & raises blood sugar dramatically.
Soy: Negativley affects thyroid production, increased toxic load, and as been shown to lower testosterone.
