Sports Therapy

Encompassing advanced techniques such as, deep tissue, neuromuscular facilitation and soft tissue manipulation.
Our therapy techniques enable us to manipulate & release any nerve impingements, adhesions, scar tissue improving flexibility and reducing pain quickly.

We are able to treat neck pain, back pain, carpal tunnel syndrome, shin splints, shoulder pain, sciatica, knee maltracking and tennis elbow, these are examples of the conditions that can be resolved efficiently and permanently with soft tissue manipulation. The route cause for many of the above conditions is repetitive strain injuries to muscles resulting in length / tension discrepancies.
