Strength Conditioning

Believe to Achieve strength and conditioning provides for multi-level athletes competing in a variety of sports. We design scientifically based periodized exercise programs following the Bompa methodology. We will work closely with the head coach to develop a lifestyle improvement which may include sports therapy and nutritional intervention.

After a detailed initial assessment and following analysis, we will devise the program taking consideration of a number of factors; long term & short term goals, athlete’s development, duration of their competitive period, current physical & mental limiting factors.

We can provide programs on an individual or group basis, and we also offer also team education workshops and can assist in coach education.
