Structural Balance

When performing injury assessments we often see postural issues; forward head posture, rounded shoulders & knee mal-tracking these common imbalances occur from structural imbalances where you have a weak or inflexible link in your muscular chain.

After an initial assessment detailing current injuries, exercise progression and posture. The appropraite testing will be decided, once the testing is completed a comparison of your muscular ratios against our normative data is made and the conclusion will be recorded.

Our clients who achieved those ratios tended to perform better and had the lowest incidence of injuries.

By amending your exercise program to include your corrective exercises those corrective exercises will be needed for 6-16 weeks depending on your prior level of imbalance.
If you exercise regularly you will eventually regret not assessing your weakest link!
